Yes. It’s totally anonymous. Chat about your day, talk through issues and fears, loneliness and struggles, offer advice and stories, and share your experience with peers who hear and understand what you have to say. Think of it as coffee row, without the judgement.
With 24/7 clinical moderation, this platform ensures a secure environment for open discussions on mental health. And if you need extra help, it’s there.
Togetherall operates in both English and French.
