Lauren Martin
Board Chair
Lauren works in Ottawa for the Canadian Meat Council. A lawyer by trade, combined with her passion for all things agriculture, Lauren could not be prouder to support mental health initiatives in the sector. Lauren was elected Board Chair in 2022. -
Sartaj Sarkaria
Vice-Chair
Sartaj, leading Holstein Canada, advocates for dairy producers and promotes Canadian Holstein genetics while managing strategy, governance, diversity, equity, inclusion, human resources, and law. She is dedicated to providing more inclusive mental health resources and programming to the agriculture sector. -
Emma Cross
Secretary
Emma is a beef cattle farmer from Tofield, Alberta and works in beef industry communications. She considers ranching core to her identity and is driven by helping fellow producers thrive. -
Robert Hunter
Treasurer
Robert’s passion for agriculture was firmly grounded early in life as a 5th generation farmer in Ontario. He is an international advocate for the agriculture sector, championing the wellbeing of our world’s farmers and the rural communities they support. -
Lesley Kelly
As an active farmer and the head and heart behind High Heels and Canola Field, Lesley understands the importance of a producer's well-being to their farm. Passionate about building community and creating conversation, she helped co-found Do More Ag.

Kim Keller
As a farmer from Northeast SK, a former co-founder of SK Women in Ag, and co-founder of Farm At Hand, Kim has a deep understanding of the mental health challenges faced by producers. That led her to co-founding Do More Ag.

Himanshu Singh
Himanshu learned about the lack of support and resources for producer's mental health during his time as the co-founder of Farm At Hand. He was grateful for the opportunity to help co-found Do More Ag and serve as its past board chair.

Calvin Sonntag
Calvin, Executive Chairman of BrettYoung Seeds, has dedicated his career to the crop input business, drawing from his rich family history in agriculture and training as a plant breeder. He’s energized about helping Canadian farm families connect with mental health support and helping those who may be struggling know they’re not alone.

Angela, a beef farmer's spouse in New Brunswick and owner of "Soul on Fire Coaching," is deeply passionate about promoting mental health awareness in the farming community. Through her involvement with Do More Ag, she is dedicated to highlighting the available resources for mental well-being.

Bonnie Taylor
Bonnie is a Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker in Waterloo Region, ON and member of the rural community. Bonnie is passionate about providing mental health support to individuals(14 +), couples and families in Ontario.

Carmen Ledding
Carmen is the Program Director at CMHA Rosetown and works hard to educate people on how to develop resilience by learning about maintaining their mental well-being and how to support those around them. Carmen is hopeful that if we focus on “what’s strong”, instead of “what’s wrong”, we can empower everyone in our community to thrive and be the best version of themselves.

Reanna Koob
Originally from Maple Creek, Reanna and her husband now farm near Viscount, SK. They raise cattle as well as crop farm. She has her Bachelor of Arts and Science in Sociology and Psychology. She is passionate about breaking down the stigma of mental health through conversation. When she isn't working on the farm, or at her full time off farm job, she enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with family.

Mona Cooley
Mona is a compassionate, family mental health advocate, entrepreneur, certified to teach Mental Health First aid and speaker. Mona joined Do More Ag to be supportive to those in the farming community to know they are not alone and to learn the tools they can implement for their well being.

Louise Sanders
Louise is a stress management trainer, sharing with others the knowledge, tools, and skills to conquer stress and live happier, healthier lives. Born and raised on a layer hen and grain farm in southern Manitoba, Louise understands the stress and demands of farming.

Diane Harrison
Diane is a clinical social worker, executive coach and chartered mediator who has worked with many farmers via the Farm Debt Mediation Service since 2003. She has deep empathy and practical knowledge of the operational, financial and mental health related challenges that can be faced by farmers and their families.
